One day, it got to that point.

I got my first customer from a realtor cold call.

Within 45 days, I hit $10k in revenue.

Step 5: Build Systems for Everything

This is what separates a job from a business.

I systemized:

• Cleaner onboarding
• Customer booking and payments
• Scheduling and communication
• Quality checks and feedback

When everything runs on a system, you're not needed for daily operations.

Step 6: Automate and Delegate

→ I hired a VA to handle scheduling and customer service.

→ Used Twilio for automated booking confirmations.

→ Set up payment processing to run automatically.

Now the business basically runs itself.

The math is simple.

• You charge $150-300 per clean
• Pay the cleaners $80-120
• Keep the margin

Scale to 10 cleans per day, and you're at $30k+ monthly revenue.

& you never have to touch a mop.

This isn't sexy, but it's real.

I've tried everything else: Crypto, NFTs, day trading, streaming on Twitch…

They all failed.
