Step 3: Get authentic forum mentions

Make a real account on forums like Reddit. Use your real name and company. Give genuinely helpful answers in relevant threads.

Answer long-tail questions others ignore. These feed directly into LLM responses.

But don't spam. Communities spot fake accounts instantly.

Step 4: Publish YouTube videos

Target specific problems your customers face. LLMs love video citations for complex topics.

Focus on topics where written content falls short.

Step 5: Build strategic affiliate partnerships

Partner with creators who naturally mention your solutions. Authentic recommendations carry more weight than ads.

Step 6: Maximise quality citations everywhere

Get mentioned in blog posts, forums, podcasts. More citations equal more LLM visibility.

Quality beats quantity. One mention in a trusted source outperforms ten low-quality ones.

Step 7: Track your brand mentions religiously

Use a tool like Mentions to monitor when and how your brand (and each competitor) appears.

Business is hard, and I do understand why I see so many entrepreneurs throwing Hail Marys when things are underwater.

But it rarely works. And if it does, you’re only up for air for a few more days.

Instead of trying to “just crack a viral post” to hopefully book some calls, take the knee and actually build out a predictable content acquisition system.

1) Spend a few weeks getting a competent DM setter implemented

2) Set up a weekly content schedule designed to attract, nurture, and convert strangers

And say goodbye to spamming your timeline with “viral” copy-paste content.

It’s crazy how many idiots I come across that think “if I just got one video to pop off, I’d finally be able to scale this business!”

Going viral won’t save you.

10,000 views from qualified buyers > 1,000,000 views from broke teenagers.

Sometimes “less” (quantity in views) is “more” (number of potential buyers)

One piece of tactical content that speaks to your exact ICP will outperform 50 motivational posts.

Algorithm hacks don't exist. It’s a game of chance

Good content is just content your audience actually wants to watch.

Make that, and the algorithm will reward you.

If you hire VAs to run your content, you deserve to stay poor.

VAs are great for:

• Scheduling
• Admin work
• Basic editing

But the moment you hand off your content strategy, your messaging, your offers to someone who doesn't understand your ICP, your business, or your voice…

You're cooked.

I've seen people hire Filipino VAs to "scale their content system" and wonder why their engagement tanks, their DMs dry up, and their offers stop converting.

It's because a VA can't think like you.

They can't sell like you.

And they sure as hell can't build a brand like you.

You don’t hire a highschool gym teacher to train you to become a bodybuilder.

If you want to scale content, hire a strategist.

Hire a copywriter who understands direct response.

Hire someone who's actually built a brand before.

But if you're outsourcing to the cheapest option just to "post more," you’ll get the same result as everyone else ($0)

Unpopular opinion:

Selling makes your content perform better.

When you're not selling anything, people don't care.

When they know you have something to sell to them, they pay attention to see if what you sell/do could be interesting for them.

I've seen this play out dozens of times.

A creator posts "value" for 6 months with no offer. 

Engagement is mid. DMs are quiet. Nobody's watching the full video.

Then they launch an offer.

Suddenly, watch time goes up, comments increase, DMs start to flood in.

Why?

Because now there are stakes.

People want to know: 

• Is this person legit? 
• Can they actually help me? 
• Should I give them my money?

Content without an offer is just entertainment.

Content with an offer is a filter. It attracts buyers and repels tire-kickers.

If you're scared to sell, your content will reflect that. And your audience will treat you like a motivational speaker, not someone who can actually solve their problems.

Here’s why your offer won’t scale past $100k/month:

I found a guy who walks around asking strangers how they make their money.

Their answers were not what I was expecting…

But do you want to know why this IG page has over 700k followers?

These aren't influencers or gurus.

They're everyday people who figured it out.

Which means the audience thinks: "If they can do it, I can too."


Now here's the genius play:

Every few posts, they collab with creators who sell info products.

But because the page is known for interviewing real people, the collabs don't feel like ads.

The audience sees them the same way: credible, authentic, worth listening to.


When your audience associates your brand with real people solving real problems, selling becomes effortless.
