UI/UX - MPS MediSphere Cloud-based medication management system.
 
The Medisphere system has been delivered successfully to many aged care facilities around Australia and continues to be rolled out. The application is so intuitive that new users can train themselves. This is a huge benefit in an industry with a large number of temporary and casual workers.

UI/UX - Elections ACT: Cloud-based systems for state elections
 
In 2019 Elections ACT embarked on a modernisation project, which involved a complete upgrade of their election management systems as well as a new Electronic Voting system to support state elections.

An innovative, gamified experience that was different from any other online course. Her goal was to challenge and strengthen participants’ leadership skills, within a fun, motivational, and interactive community.

I'm the Co-Founder of Scopey and an award-winning software designer, with a decade of experience in UX/UI under my belt.

My expertise is in transforming complex processes and workflows into simple, user-friendly experiences. I've successfully applied this expertise to significant projects, such as the Australian government's election management system and MediSphere, a platform that enhances the safety of medication administration, now implemented in aged care homes across Australia.

However, after running my digital agency for over a decade, I encountered a frustratingly complex process that was causing revenue loss and increasing stress among my team. This involved managing scopes of work and change requests with clients, which was far from simple. Motivated by this challenge, I founded Scopey as a direct solution to help service providers easily create and manage live scopes of work with their clients.

Scopey secured €100,000 investment from Enterprise Ireland at the start of 2024. The MVP was launched July 30th and since then has gained significant traction. Scopey is preparing to open a pre-seed round soon.
