One of Australia’s leading providers of retail and financial services to niche consumer and commercial markets. Our business is driven by these great brands; Radio Rentals, Rentlo, Cashfirst, National Credit Management Limited, Thorn Equipment Finance and Thorn Financial Services.

Responsible for managing all operations in NSW, QLD, NT and ACT. Responsible for Sales management Nationally.

Over the past 12 months, my division has achieved record growth in a mature and competitive environment. 

Sales revenue, EBIT, Risk (Bad debts) are all performing well ahead of Budget. This is due to disciplined operational execution and effective leadership. 

I am responsible for turning around one of the worst performing operational divisions within the group. 

In the past 12 months I have also increased employee engagement to above benchmark levels and reduced attrition.

Through a proven track record and ability to influence, I have been appointed to several special assignments;

>  Member of the National Staff Engagement Committee 2014/15
>  National Project Leader for Arrears and Risk 2014
>  National Project Leader for Inventory reduction 2015
>  New customer growth project leader for the new RR brand 2015

I have also won the company's prestigious award; Sales and operations manager of the Year 2015/2016 

In the first half of FY17,  the company's revenue has grown 2.3% to $134m and in September we hit an 80 Year revenue record  (also the first time all regions have achieved target simultaneously across the country). This further demonstrates my ability to influence, define and execute sales strategies and build excellence within a national team. 

Most recently, I have led the rollout of the Sydney Metro retail transition strategy. With all stores exceeding expectations some as high as 70% YOY Growth.

Petsworld were operating at a $640,000 EBIT annual loss.  Through the successful implementation of business processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs, we were able to deliver a profit in approximately 18 months through a restructure, process changes and world class cultural change.
