About a year ago, Isaac Eidlisz entrusted me with leading our agency rebrand. I’ve had the privilege of being behind every step since, working day in, day out to translate Isaac’s big vision into our most important public touchpoint: our agency website. Rebranding your own agency is brutally hard, much harder than client work, because you have to look in the mirror, push yourself to define what you do differently, why you’re in this to begin with, and the exact brand positioning and perception you’re aiming to earn. That’s the work we took on first.

We set out to build a site that makes a Kiddush Hashem in the Jewish kosher branding and marketing world, no less than the big agency names. Because we Yidden deserve to be on the map, and to glorify Hashem’s name through excellent, world-class design.

What made this hard and worthwhile wasn’t just design. First, we had to articulate a company culture that already lived inside leadership’s mind and give it a clear verbal + visual identity anchored by a conceptual basis strong enough to drive everything else. 

Then came the question: how do you present that identity on an agency site in a way that expresses how we think, showcases the work and the people, and reveals the process without outshining our clients? Striking that balance between distinct and neutral was its own design problem.

From there, we engineered the UI/UX, sitemap, navigation, and user journeys until the flow felt inevitable. Even the photography had to be designed, tone, light, and color calibrated to the personality of the brand, because images speak culture as loudly as words.

On the site you’ll meet our operating system and founding principle, "Predict The Unexpected". It shapes how we design projects, structure our team, and deliver results. More than strategy meeting design we needed strategy to form a company culture, a shared mindset that organizes how we think and work together. 

You’ll also notice our signature “/” (slash symbol), the core element guiding the entire UI/UX. It connects ideas, moves you through content, and turns navigation into a living breathing system in a single precise stroke.
