While most people fall into the world of recruitment – I studied employment law and worked with recruitment partners pre-graduation. But nothing could have prepared me for what I was getting myself into. 

Recruitment is a lot like dating; it's emotional, intricate, and often feels like it's up to fate. It is my job to play matchmaker, I have grown to understand that one of my main motivations is making people happy. There is no better feeling than building a strong relationship and helping someone land their dream role.
  
I will always try to listen to what people really want, and hopefully, help them to get a new job they love – as much as I love mine! I can proudly say 3 years on I have never had a candidate not pass probation!

I lead our Software Engineering desk across London and specialise in placing technical and product-focused engineers into Tech for Good projects. At SR2 – the first BCorp tech agency – we do socially responsible recruitment and partner exclusively with clients and engineers who want to utilise agile tech as a force for good.

I am also in the early stages of running a meetup called JSt for Good – JS x Tech for Good community. 

I deeply care about products, solutions and only partner with those who want to do something impactful. I am not technical and I can't code. But I do, spend everyday speaking with the best product engineers in the market and I can help you network with the best talent in this space.
