A significant channel was promotional cosmetic manufacturing (you know those branded lip balms, sanitiser etc.) 

The promotional cosmetics channel included in-house printing, design, copy. It closer resembled a marketing company than a factory. 

As the Owner and CEO. I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business from the strategic vision, go to market strategies and business development through to delivery of products to market. 

Employed 50 people at time of exit.
