Patriot Brands contract manufactured cosmetics and nutraceuticals for well-established brands looking to expand their reach in South Africa, as well as low run manufacturing for brands new to the market.  

A significant channel was promotional cosmetic manufacturing (you know those branded lip balms, sanitiser etc.) 

The promotional cosmetics channel included in-house printing, design, copy. It closer resembled a marketing company than a factory. 

As the Owner and CEO. I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business from the strategic vision, go to market strategies and business development through to delivery of products to market. 

Employed 50 people at time of exit.

Member of APAC Professional Service team, responsible for whole-life service delivery for public sector customers across Australian and New Zealand. Developing and leading a strong working relationship through innovation and outstanding program management and delivery.  

-> Executes customer strategy and engagement plans, contributing to APAC Executive's overall        account strategy. Maintaining regular cadence meetings and QBRs to discuss account health, value capture, increasing adoption and cross-sell and up-sell opportunities lead generation. 

-> Develop, and nurture customer advocacy measured by case studies and industry user group participation.

-> Provide pre-sales client onboarding and account management assistance for the sales organization

Enterprise Customer Success Manager,  HCM and ERP

As the inaugural CSM for the HCM mid-market I successfully developed/implemented a  Go to Market (GTM) strategy for the ANZ region.  This strategy has since been rolled out to CX and ERP (mid-market) lines of business.  

FY16 Individual achievements:

-> 70% of customers are part of the Oracle Referencing program.  (highlights include full page       article in InsideHR)

Since moving into the Enterprise space my role has transitioned to mentoring the current mid-market team (4 CSM across ANZ), this involves assistance with client relationships,  dealing with escalations and assisting with onboarding training.

Ensured that customers derive maximum value from their investment in Oracle SaaS. Utilize all their licenses and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment and increased footprint.

AVC Technology Consulting is a managed service provider for on premise customers across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).  

Duties included: 
- Working directly with the Founder/CEO on business development programs across ANZ.
- Account Management and ensuring all support SLAs were met.
- Formation and management of Risk Registry for key accounts including ANZ Bank and University of Melbourne.

As a strategic customer success manager, I have experience in building and managing beneficial relationships and engagement models across a range of customers in both the private and public sector. 

Customer Success is a philosophy that focuses on driving adoption and customer retention but ultimately, it's about building strong relationships with customers - the result is a flywheel of company growth driven by existing customers.
