My path wasn't traditional: TGI Fridays → booking bands → managing tours → 14 years in recruiting. It taught me to spot talent fast, sell with conviction, and treat every search like representation. I operate like an agent, take care of both sides, protect the brand, close the deal.

Provided network and IT support for $600M facility with 300+ employees in 24/7 operating environment. Responsible for maintaining network and server uptime of 99%.  Implemented security standards such as multifactor authentication (MFA) and data loss prevention DLP to safeguard company assets. Reviewed and deployed critical and high vulnerability updates monthly.  

•	After six months, added three manufacturing plants and started creating regional support model in use today.

IT Coordinator

Oversee network and IT support for five remote locations consisting of 1200 employees in Eastern Region of United States. Liaise with plant managers, line operators, IT teams, and senior corporate management to ensure sites support current and future state initiatives, managing change management processes. Serve as on-site lead for any IT and Engineering related projects. Established onboarding processes that included ordering and configuring laptops and mobile devices for new hires, using Active Directory to create user accounts and assign to groups. 
•	Designed, developed, and implemented current operating rhythm for regional services North America team.
•	Coordinated Disaster Recovery responses, purchasing portable football (case with satellite) to run plant networks in case of emergency.
•	Maintained configuration management database (CMDB) for provisioning computers and blocking access following employee termination.
•	Prepared work instructions for end users and support team to improve support process, updating improvements to processes.

Senior Systems Administrator

Jaysec Technologies LLC

Cultivated customer relationships, enabling customers to fully utilize GoJaysec software, increasing their ROI while helping them become audit proof through implementation of all facets of software. Held prior position as Director of Training and Support for five years, applying business acumen and insight into operation of multiple types of durable medical equipment to streamline customer operations.
•	Enabled customers' rapid utilization of corporate software to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) from as many as 120 days to less than five days and increase Return on Investment (ROI) during first week of signed contract.
