As the Assistant talent buyer, I worked to purchase talent that gave Grand Rapids a taste of what people were listening to in cities that were blazing a new path in popular music.

Someone who has actually worked with multispectral or SAR imagery, built production-grade PyTorch models, and understands how to take messy Earth observation data and turn it into something operational.

If you’ve built:
 • feature extraction or object detection pipelines
 • ML workflows over big imagery datasets
 • cloud-deployed models (AWS/K8s)
 • GDAL/Rasterio-heavy preprocessing
 • anything serious with SAR, MS, or EO data
