Social media managers at tech brands need to take notes from artist music releases.

When an artist is releasing an album, for months they’re subtly cueing to a release date.

They have an entire campaign before the actual release.

Everything revolves around the release date. 

And then once the release comes, they have an entire launch campaign ready to ride the wave of the release.
