I never planned to work in recruitment.

But a summer sales job revealed something that’s stuck with me ever since: I’m fascinated by people. What motivates them. How they make decisions. And how the right role or the right leader can change the course of a company.

Fast-forward 15 years, and I now run BioTc Search, an executive search firm dedicated to helping biotech founders, boards, and investors build leadership teams that deliver real breakthroughs.
