We’re hiring a Principal Manufacturing Engineer at Vertical Aerospace
This is a key role shaping how we work across Manufacturing Engineering. You’ll bring deep expertise in process assurance and governance, defining and maintaining the frameworks and procedures that enable us to meet POA and AS9100 requirements — while still supporting scalable, efficient ways of working.

You’ll work closely with teams across operations, including production and quality, using digital tools to help ensure our engineering lifecycle is robust from early concept through to full-rate production. There’s real ownership here and a genuine opportunity to influence how we build.

If you’ve led manufacturing process development in complex hardware environments and care about doing things right as well as fast, I’d love to hear from you.
