PGLS 

As a PM, I am responsible for the full life-cycle management (project planning, quality, scheduling, booking resources) of projects from multiple clients, including managing their needs and expectations. I analyze cost estimates and prepare quotes adhering to contract terms and conditions, select the best-suited resource to provide high-quality results while keeping within the department’s budget to meet the profit targets. In addition, I perform Quality Assurance of all deliverables to ensure the Client’s and PGLS’ quality standards are fulfilled.

My responsibilities also include developing accurate reports mainly for PGLS executive management and Clients. I provide the Payables and Receivables report for the Accounting Department on a monthly basis, as well as regular status and projection reports by analyzing data and KPIs.

I’m constantly collaborating with the Recruiting/Vendor Management Department to identify and onboard additional resources.

Other activities include developing and updating procedures and guidelines, keeping track of Client and Vendor feedback for continuous improvement, and making sure these are documented.
I’ve successfully completed a series of In-company training such as Introduction to memoQ, File Prep, SDL Trados, and Plunet BMS.
