We've started the foundation, now it's time to build the house!

- Not optimizing dashboards for another SaaS company

You'll build the entire RevOps function for a company that saves lives.

You'll partner with me and the exec team to architect the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that powers our entire Go-to-Market motion.

You'll own HubSpot (and the entire GTM stack) end-to-end, optimize the reporting infrastructure we've started, build our capacity planning models, and partner directly with our leadership team on strategic planning.

- 3+ years in RevOps, ideally supporting $25M+ organizations

- The ability to build systems that scale in regulated, complex environments
- The confidence to present insights to executives and drive decisions
