“Charge higher prices.”

Your mind gets it. But your breath gets shallow once you say it out loud.

We’ve all heard this well-meaning advice.

And logically it makes perfect sense. It’s good for your business.

But have you ever noticed what happens in your body the moment you actually say the new price out loud?

Maybe your:
- throat contracts
- breath gets shallow
- heart speeds up as if you’re about to jump off a cliff
- voice subtly shakes even though you’re trying to sound confident.

This is a critical moment of positive expansion.

But your nervous system doesn’t yet know the difference.

Because you can get your mind on board with charging more but what if your body isn’t on board (yet)?

Your energy won’t back the number.

You’ll blurt out the price instead of owning it.

And the other person will feel that micro-wobble subconsciously. 

Something feels “off ” even if your work is extraordinary.

It’s not that you’re not worth the price.

It’s that your nervous system hasn’t built the capacity to hold it yet.

So before you jump into that tempting price increase, try this:

1. Clear the subconscious blocks keeping your system in contraction.

Work with the root and solar plexus - the centers of safety and power.

Through somatic work, release the subtle beliefs from the past that made you think you're asking for too much or worrying if they'll still like you. 

2. Create safety in your body

Use diaphragmatic breathing, extended exhales, grounding, and nervous-system repatterning to teach your body: 

“This number is safe.” “I’m worthy of this price.”

3. Bring more of your higher self into your physical body

Anchor into the version of you who already charges, holds, and receives this level of abundance with ease.

When your body aligns with your mind, the number feels natural.

Your voice sounds steady.

And that is the moment your energy backs the price.

Breathwork, reading, and mindfulness to unwind 

*side note: I listen to what my body needs on that day without pushing it.

In between these, I have 2x 2-hour Yang blocks each for deep work: 

• client work 
• my own business work 
• LinkedIn networking & engagement 

These micro-moments of BEING bring me more into the flow. 

Which infuses the DOING with more inspired action. 

And my energy is sustainable until the end of the year.

What’s hard is staying consistent & devoted. 

Your North Star has to be a focal part of it. 

But once you create these pockets in the day, your energy will be on fire.

And you start building with purpose instead of grinding through it. 

What’s your favourite way to stay energized & aligned?

Lately, I’ve been talking to people who feel the same thing:

A desire to feel calm, connected, and grounded.

But their body is stuck in stress mode. And honestly?

It’s not something to be fixed through the mind.

There’s something deeper to be unlocked in the body.

When we do, we have the power to transmute our emotional state every day.

I overcame my biggest resistance this year.

And somehow I ended up doing it 12 times.

Public speaking.
 
4 online workshops + 3 in-person workshops + 5 speaking events.

How? 

Transmuting resistance and embodying my higher self. 

Yesterday was my last workshop of the year Embody Inner Peace.

And it was an honour to hold space for the women.

As we stand in this powerful threshold between 2025 and 2026, we released so much out of our body through breath & energy work:

• fear
• grief
• anxiety
• resistance
• overthinking
• ancestral pain & shame

We breathed through it, moved it, and let it go.

And then we connected to what we desire to embody in 2026:

• awe
• joy
• love
• peace
• sensuality
• connection

Because the truth is...the energies will only intensify next year.
 
We’re rising from the mind into the heart.

And creating coherence between the:

physical, mental, emotional, and energetic body.

If we want to thrive, embodiment comes first.

Releasing old patterns. 
Making space for new elevated emotions. 
Returning to our true selves so we’re not pulled into fear, noise, or distraction.

The more we root into our heart, intuition, and higher self, the more we rise.

As we approach the solstice, find a moment of stillness. 

Ask yourself:

1. What feels heavy to bring into next year?
2. What emotions do I want to feel more of in 2026?
3. Who am I becoming?

Clarity + intention + embodiment = alignment with your highest expression.

Here’s to becoming who you’re meant to be. 🥂
