"I just completed my first PM case study — analysing Google Maps.
One insight I discovered that surprised me: Google Maps has all the review data users need. But it's unstructured. Users can't filter by ambience, food quality or parking — forcing them to read 200 reviews to find collective truth.*
That one observation led me to identify 3 user segments, 3 reverse engineered features and 3 problem hypotheses.
The biggest lesson? Good PM thinking starts with personal experience — not frameworks.
