As a Supply Chain Management Consultant at SOMFY Group, I spearheaded the design and roll-out of supply chain processes and digital tools (ERP SAP S/4 HANA and WMS SAP EWM) across European entities, with a specialization in warehouse management. I actively contributed to successful project implementation, analyzing, designing, building, testing, and transitioning while providing ongoing support. Navigating complexities in an international environment, I collaborated with diverse profiles, including challenging stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution. I demonstrated resilience by managing complex situations, adapting strategies to unique facility requirements, and proactively devising innovative solutions for success. I overcame challenges in process uniformization and best practices, streamlining warehousing processes and SAP EWM deployment, ensuring alignment and group efficiency.

As a Lean and Change Management Engineer at SOMFY Group, I played a key role in driving business process optimization and value creation by orchestrating improvement plans in collaboration with department heads, in accordance with the production system and the group's best practices. I focused on improving and deploying business processes and associated IS tools to boost value creation. 

I also developed strategic planning processes and governance to ensure project consistency across the company. Pioneering a lead-time reduction project, I implemented governance systems and utilized Power BI tools to monitor time components from order reception to shipment. Spearheading an order management enhancement project, I analyzed needs and optimized production and shipment planning through ERP enhancements. I coordinated the Balanced Scorecard implementation, defining a cascade system with cross-functional teams, and supported 5S improvement and A3 deployment through training and audits.

Proposed a prototype of a sound quality control test bench for electric motors. Analyzed vibroacoustic measurements and studied psychoacoustic characteristics with ARTEMIS to create a classification algorithm with MATLAB. Improved manual sound quality control with the creation of a calibrated sound reference set to clarify the standard and train the operators.

Besides, I had the opportunity to join the continuous improvement team to deploy 5S in the workshop and to follow some improvement projects.

Managed measurement tools and controlling jigs of the facility and developed a new equipment management system. Analyzed production scrap and communicated with suppliers for critical cases.
