Federal Contract Specialist

-Review all contract financial information for input into accounting system, JAMIS
-Maintain contract files in compliance with DCAA/DFAS/DCMA/SOX controls for audit purposes.
-Analyze and reconcile all contract award, modifications, profit analysis, cost proposals, and SOW throughout the life of each contract; maintaining individual tracking sheets for each active contract with all pertinent information (funding level by modification, POP changes, LOE alterations).
-Manage risk to the Firm by communicating any potential risk items to PM staff (POP expiration, Management Work Authorization expiration, exceeds funding, risk matrix flags).
-Provide Contract Administrator and PM staff guidance on contractual issues and advise on proper company policies.
-Interact and support direct teams, cross functional teams to ensure proper control process, documentation, financial requirements, and deliverables.

Contract Briefing Specialist

-Analyze T&M, CPFF, FFP contract invoicing terms to establish proper billing procedures.
-Reconcile and communicate unbilled receivables to PM & Finance Leadership Team on a monthly basis
-Assist Collections in resolving unpaid invoices
-Maintain billing files in compliance with internal and DCAA audit.
