First Working Week of 2026: Here's what changed while you were on holiday

•	Provide training and workshop to new site staff / subcontractor's ( 4projects, Primavera & project-wise)
•	Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence and drawing documents.
•	Maintaining paper and electronic files (organizing, following up daily routine data and paper.
•	Coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings and commercial correspondence
•	Preparing Templates of loading Bulk of Data / Attributes in system. 
•	Maintaining and updating the database and also manual filings.
•	Ability to use system of recording and distribution of all incoming and outgoing drawings and information.
•	Coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings and commercial correspondence
•	Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
•	Comply with all aspects of the Design works instructions.
•	Issue and distribute controlled copies of information in accordance with the design Management Plan.
•	Check information on drawings for conformance with status and format agreed.
•	Liaise with designers and specialist suppliers on queries regarding issue of information.
•	Provide training to participants, designers and specialist suppliers on the project on how to use the drawing management system.
•	Liaise with their Design Manager in reporting on project design performance and Regional Design Reporting.

Senior Document Controller

Job Responsibilities: 
 Maintaining a master document register of the latest drawings and ensure that all recipients are transmitted the drawings they require as soon as new revisions of drawings are received.
Keep an electronic register of documents and maintain a history of drawing revisions and transmittals sent to architects, builders, contractors and sub-contractors.  
•	Provide training and workshop to new sites ( 4projects & project wise)
•	Log incoming documents contractor and consultant, make sure they receive relevant documents and make sure copies of relevant documents/certificates are held.
•	Bulk & Manual loading of electronic files – on the project wise & 4projects.
•	Handling electronic File Distribution by preparing workflows in the system.
•	Preparing Transmittals as per issue request & standing orders.
•	Preparing Templates of loading Bulk of Data / Attributes in system. 
•	Upload & Download electronic –Files from FTP (File Transfer Protocol) server & notify to relevant Project Managers / Consultant / Subcontractors.
•	Maintaining and updating the database and also manual filings.
•	Ensure all documents are achieved appropriately.
•	Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence and drawing documents.
•	Maintaining paper and electronic files (organizing, following up daily routine data and paper.
•	Ability to use system of recording and distribution of all incoming and outgoing drawings and information.

•	Manage the document/drawing review process, Internal and External. 
•	Expedite the responses to document/drawing issues.Archiving data for historical purposes.

•	On approval of a new Sub-Contractor discuss the requirements of AFC and Consultant Document Control Procedures.
