The blue-collar market didn't collapse. It evolved.
And the 2019 playbook doesn't work anymore.

What's changed in the last few months:
🎯Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Senegal, Somalia, Cameroon - restricted 
🎯India's workforce stretched thin across global demand 
🎯Workers comparing offers more carefully than ever 
🎯Information traveling fast through worker networks

The pattern we're seeing:
Companies can fill 250 positions in 7 days.
But if there's a gap between what's promised and what's delivered, those same 250 positions are open again in 90 days.

The challenge isn't filling roles. It's keeping them filled.
Two different outcomes in the same market:
Group A: 87-92% retention 
✅ Salaries reflecting current rates 
✅ Clear accommodation standards 
✅ Ticket policies in writing upfront 
✅ Structured first 30 days

Group B: 31-45% retention 
❌ Still using 2022 budgets 
❌ Verbal promises, documentation gaps 
❌ Onboarding rushed or skipped
That retention gap costs real money—in recruitment cycles, project delays, and constant rebuilding.

The current sourcing reality:
India - Deep skills, premium pricing 
Philippines - Technical strength,complex paperwork,longer mobility timelines 
Sri Lanka - Quality workforce ,diversity crunch 
Africa - Emerging pipeline
But geography is only part of the solution.
The bigger opportunity: strengthening what happens after workers land.

Three things that separate stable teams from revolving doors:
i)Plan 30 days out, not 10 days before start
ii)Invest in the first 30 days properly 
iii)Track retention rate, not just mobilization count

Bottom line:
Blue-collar talent is still available.
