Having started the business in challenging market conditions, they are now the Recruiter of choice for many of our clients. Spencer Harrington is a specialist Recruitment-to-Recruitment business set up in 2004. We are a global company with offices in London and Hong Kong. We place experienced recruiters into Contingency and Executive Search firms across all principal markets, with a particular focus on Financial and Professionals Services, Finance and Technology.

No, far from it, I’m known for a number of things including, going the extra mile (quite literally in some cases), particularly for candidates, offering clients a bespoke recruitment service, because every company is different, oh and dogs, I have three and I’m always happy to talk about them if you are.

I know the industry, I have over 20 years’ experience within the recruitment/training sector and I know what works, so much so, I started my own recruitment business because I wanted to do things differently, and it works, I really do find the perfect candidate for the perfect job.
