This involves a variety of tasks including strengthening and implementing an SEO strategy, analyzing our campaigns, reporting on monthly marketing metrics, studying competitors, organizing in-house webinars, and attending industry leading webinars to stay up-to-date with current hot topics.

I also manage and cultivate a strong brand identity through social media platforms (e.g. grow our following and boost engagement), create engaging content by contributing to industry-known magazines and blogs, updating our COVID-19 Resource Page, and produce case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.   

On top of these tasks, I’m also a member of the culture committee, known as the Employee Engagement Team, where I contribute ideas and implement strategies to create a cohesive and positive work environment (e.g. plan events, discuss issues like work-life balance and return to work).

Presagia is a cloud-based leave management system, helping employers manage their employees’ leaves of absence, including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), federal, state, and local leaves, along with workplace accommodations, including those under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). 

As a Marketing Assistant at Presagia, I supported the Marketing Coordinator and Vice President of Sales and Marketing by managing the company’s social media presence and by creating relevant and engaging content (e.g. emails, blogs, whitepapers). 

I also assisted with planning trade shows, analyzing competitors, keeping up-to-date on ever-changing leave laws, and I even assisted with creating a company mascot- Presagia Puffin.

As a Marketing Coordinator for Presagia Sports, I worked closely with the President of Presagia Sports and the Marketing Manager to strategize new ways to capture leads. This involved reporting on and optimizing our lead nurturing campaigns, closely monitoring competitors and developing relevant and insightful industry content.  

This content included blogs, emails, and feature comparisons and brochures. On top of that I was also responsible for managing our social media presence (Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) which involved posting interesting content and engaging with the athletic community.

Presagia Sports provides an enterprise-class Athlete Electronic Health Record (EHR) to Olympic organizations, professional sports teams, and sports medicine clinics to help them manage their athletes’ day-to-day activities to improve their health, recovery from injury and performance. 

As a Marketing Assistant for Presagia Sports, I supported the Marketing Coordinator, Vice President of Sales & Marketing and President of Presagia Sports with original content creation (e.g. blogs, emails, social media). 

I also assisted with research for larger marketing initiatives and planning and execution for trade shows.

A room full of bold women, vision casting over high tea at the Ritz. Yes please.

When the fabulous Lisa McPhee invited me to a luxury high tea experience at The Ritz-Carlton, I said yes immediately.

That morning, I took my time and did my makeup with intention. I put on a super cute outfit and felt so magnetic, radiant, and so ready to show up and serve.

The women in the room were absolutely brilliant. Every single one of them.

The conversations were soul-fueling and the visions we shared for 2026? Unapologetically bold 💫

When I was asked what I’ll be focusing more on next year, the answer was simple:

Deepening relationships.

Continuing to amplify other people’s impact.

And making sure that if we’re in the same room, we’re building together. That includes the women in that room.

This year, I laid the foundation and planted my seeds by building aligned relationships, refining my message and finding my people.

In 2026, I’m focused on amplifying that through:

🌸 A referral/affiliate program that’s a no-brainer to say yes to

Marketing has never felt like my strong suit (though I'm getting much better at it!) but showing up? Building trust? Creating value? 

That part’s second nature to me.

And here’s the reframe Lisa shared that was a huge AHA for me:

👉 Your pricing doesn’t just reflect your value.

It reflects how your clients see themselves. How they self-identify with your offer.

Some people won’t buy a $3K offer. Not because it’s too expensive, but because they’re looking for a $10K experience. They want to feel like Chanel, not clearance.

Pricing is just part of that identity they’re stepping into.

So if you’re undercharging to “make it easier” for people, I invite you to step back and pause.

You might be closing the door on the very clients who are ready for you.

This next season for me is all about aligned growth. No chasing, not proving, just showing up, pricing with purpose and creating offers that reflect the caliber of the women I serve.

And most importantly, partnering with the right people who already get it.

I want to share something honest because I think more of us need reminders like this.

Today was supposed to be the day we hosted The Magnetic Offer Workshop.
I had every intention of showing up and doing it as planned. I kept telling myself it would be fine and kept pushing through my to do list. I kept trying to convince myself that I had enough energy to hold the space in the way I wanted.

But behind the scenes, I had just finished organizing the WEDO event on November 6 (which IYKYK events take A LOT out of you!). I was coming off a webinar, then traveling to Montreal for a wedding for a couple of days. I had client deadlines and design sessions packed between those dates. I had not given myself any space to recover or refill my creative tank.

When I first chose the workshop date, I truly believed I could handle it all.... On paper it looked manageable.

But the truth is, I took on way more than I could carry and slowly, I started to feel that familiar pull. 
The quiet voice that says you are doing a lot, but you are not giving yourself enough room to breathe.

As much as I wanted to show up today, this workshop deserves more than rushed energy. It deserves presence and intention. It deserves space to land in a meaningful way for the people who choose to be part of it.

So our team sat down yesterday and had a real conversation about capacity and alignment. We decided to postpone it. And the moment we made that choice, I felt the heaviness lift.
I finally had room to breathe.

That feeling alone told me we made the right decision.

So The Magnetic Offer Workshop will now take place on Friday, 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟭 𝗮𝘁 𝟭𝟮 𝗽𝗺. The shift gives us the space we needed to refine the content and show up fully grounded, energized and in the spirit of what this workshop is meant to be.

Have you ever had to shift or pause something in your business because your body or intuition was whispering to slow down?

Two days after a car accident, full-body whiplash, one person registered.

Not for optics nor out of obligation... But because we believe that serving one person deeply matters more than performing for a crowd.

And here's what happened:
It turned out to be one of the smoothest workshops we’ve ever led.
That one person received tailored coaching, clarity, and breakthroughs that shifted her offer in real time.
It felt more like an intimate private intensive rather than a group training and we walked away feeling full, proud, and so glad we didn’t end up canceling ☺️

This has been a pattern for me all year:
The smaller, more intimate containers have created the biggest transformation. Not the flashiest launches.

Not the most hyped-up programs... but the quiet ones. The intentional ones.
The spaces where real connection, clarity, and confidence take root.

We also heard from a few people who wanted to join but couldn’t make the date, so we’re sharing the next two in advance — January and March 📅

There was a period in my business where I kept creating new offers because I believed that adding more would help me grow faster.

I would build VIP sessions, then a clarity coaching program, then created both semi-custom alongside my custom offers that seemed to make sense on paper... and even though it looked like momentum from the outside, it never really felt aligned on the inside.

I was constantly creating without asking myself if any of these offers reflected the kind of work I truly wanted to be known for. It felt like I was moving in many directions without fully committing to any of them.

The moment that made everything real happened during what should have been a simple conversation.

Someone asked me how they could work with me, and instead of answering with clarity or confidence, I paused and said, “It depends.”

And the second those words came out, I felt something in me sink.

Because when someone asks how they can work with you and you respond with “it depends,” you unintentionally make it harder for them to understand how you can help.

People want clarity.
They want to feel guided.
They want direction.

That moment forced me to finally pause and look honestly at my business.

Not with judgement, but with awareness.

I realized that I wasn’t creating from alignment. I was creating to avoid choosing one thing 🥲

So I gave myself permission to reset.

I stepped back from the pressure to offer everything at once and focused on shaping one offer that felt true. One pathway that felt grounded.

And almost immediately, things shifted 💫

Not only did my content became easier to write because I finally knew what I wanted to say but people understood me faster too!

Clients reached out with more intention because my message finally made sense.

Nothing about my skills changed. Only my clarity did.

By coincidence, or maybe perfect timing, our Next Level You alumni gathered on 11/11, a date that many see as a moment for reflection and intention or a 'manifestation portal'. The date was simply the one most people could attend, but it aligned beautifully.

In mid-October, I emailed 🌸 Fifa Tran saying, “I want to host a gathering with Next Level You, and it needs to be soon.” At first, she thought it would be a full webinar with slides and structure and would need more time. I quickly reframed it: “Let’s keep it simple, a casual connection circle with facilitated prompts, sharing, and inspiration. I’ll take care of it.”  

That simple intention turned into a rich 90-minute session filled with grounding, teaching, storytelling, and visualizing the future.

A few highlights:
 • A Visibility Vault with 100+ ideas on how to use brand photos & BTS strategically
 • A Content Bingo board to make showing up fun and easier (especially for speakers & workshop leaders)
 • Storytelling examples you can model without reinventing the wheel
 • A circle share full of wins, insights, and practical tips
 • A visualization meditation + a letter to self to reopen next year

Some of the biggest takeaways:
 • The power of personal storytelling to connect your audience to your mission
 • Action over overthinking (just do the selfie video!)
 • How much clarity and momentum can come from community, each person has a different audience and purpose, but the shared goal is to show up, serve, teach, speak, and lead
