Established IMG on June 1st, 2013. Recruited 40 agents in Dallas and Houston for the 2014 Medicare Advantage Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). Successfully finished a very strong 2014 AEP with over 20 solid producers in the Houston and Dallas delivery area. Initiated a series of group and Medicare training initiatives all throughout Texas during the first quarter of 2020 right after AEP. Now we are gearing up for a very promising 2021 enrollment with an expanded distribution landscape and over 2000+ agents. We are able to establish true partnerships with committed carriers and community organizations. Implemented successful grass roots marketing with access to over 10,000 seniors in the Houston and surrounding cities. The New products are Group Health and ancillary plans, Group Medicare, Group Retiree plans, Individual Health, Final Expense, and Life Insurance.

Responsible for driving admirable sales results through effective utilization of available tools and resources and alignment of identified strategies and objectives. Responsible for delivering exceptional value proposition to sustain highly performing key partners.
Manages, develops, and cultivates multiple regional General Agents and Field Marketing Organizations to foster solid commitment, accountability, and productive partnership. Provides strategic and technical support to a total of 3 National wholesale distributors and 5 regional partners to realize effectiveness and efficiency in selling and marketing of featured portfolio of senior products and services. Supports overall wholesale distribution relationship and end-to-end sales and contracting process. Responsible for finances and develop reports, set budgets and oversee payrolls and other financial matters for clinical institutions.
