Just saw AppLovin announce something on Axon called "Discovery Campaigns" - worth paying attention to if you run ecom ads.

Here's the TLDR:

> Most ad platforms optimize for conversions — but they lean heavily on people who already know your brand. Even "prospecting" campaigns typically target site visitors who just haven't purchased yet.

> Discovery Campaigns flip that. They optimize for purchases from people who have NEVER interacted with your brand at all. No site visit. No browse. No cart add. Completely cold audiences, converted by AI.

IMO, this is essentially what true 'prospecting' really should be.
