Working closely with senior leadership, Wali has crafted brand strategies, built strong employee value propositions, shaped organizational culture, and led thought leadership initiatives. She has successfully managed media relations, positioning her organizations for success on a global scale.. 

Being one of the top performers, she also got an opportunity to interact with the Honorable HRD Minister - Prakash Javadekar, in 2016 and the Honorable CM of Maharashtra - Devendra Fadnavis, in 2017 to exhibit the impactful work done by Piramal Foundation at grassroots levels.
