At the Web Summit 2026 Qatar Airways booth, I had the opportunity to share a Tarmac Talk on a belief that’s been shaping our work for a while now.

I used to think sharing content in my niche was enough.

Tips.
Frameworks.
“Value-packed” posts.

On paper, I was doing everything right.

But somewhere along the way, I realised something felt off.

People were engaging.
They were nodding along.
But they weren’t moving.

And then it clicked.

It’s not that people didn’t understand my niche.
They didn’t understand my offer.

They didn’t know:
What problem I actually solve.
Who I solve it for.
And how my work is different from all the other “helpful” content out there.

If I kept assuming “they’ll figure it out,”
my content stayed safe… and vague.

Vague content invites vague responses.

But the moment I started writing with clarity -
naming the real problem,
speaking to the exact situation,

and showing that I have a solution (not a generic one)- 
Everything changed.

Not louder content.
Clearer content.

Just like in conversations, clarity changes how people respond.

When your audience knows what you stand for,
what you help with,
and why you -
they lean in differently.

I was on vacation for the last two weeks.

Actually enjoying my free time. (Really 🤔 )

And it made me realise something.

Earlier, I wasn’t taking breaks because I couldn’t.
Not because I can't

But because of pressure.
Pressure of thoughts.

The pressure of:
– What if I lose clients?
– What if work piles up?
– What if I fall behind while I’m away?

That’s the quiet side of freelancing no one talks about.

Yes, it gives you freedom.
But until there’s someone behind you to handle the work,
It also comes with a constant mental load.

And this is something I see many coaches experiencing too.

You’re focused on client calls.
You’re focused on guiding your audience.
You’re focused on helping people find clarity and solutions.

But alongside that, there’s pressure:

To show up online.
To build your personal brand.
To manage delivery and growth at the same time.

It’s a lot.

What changes everything is delegation.

Not doing less meaningful work -
but letting the right people handle what doesn’t need to be on your plate.

That’s when space opens up.
That’s when you breathe easier.
That’s when growth feels lighter.

Breaks don’t slow you down.
Trying to do everything yourself does.

Last month, I visited Jaipur.

One place stayed with me long after the trip ended - a historic fort.

It wasn’t just beautiful.
It was memorable.

Not because someone kept reminding me about it.

But because of how it made me feel.

The space.
The people.
The history in the walls.
The quiet weight of stories that didn’t need explaining.

You don’t forget places like that.

And it made me think about personal branding - especially for coaches.

The coaches we remember aren’t the ones who keep talking about what they do.

They’re the ones who leave an impression.

Not through volume.
Through clarity.

Not through constant posting.
Through presence.

People remember:
➡️ how clearly you articulate the problem they’re living with
➡️ how safe they feel engaging with you
➡️ how your words stay with them after they scroll away

That’s branding.

Not repeating your niche every day.
But being recognisable in how you think, speak, and show up.

Just like that fort -
> It didn’t chase attention.
> It didn’t explain itself.
> It simply stood for something.

Coaches don’t need to be louder.
They need to be more memorable.

And memorability comes from clarity, consistency, and connection - not content volume.

If your brand isn’t being remembered yet, it’s not because you’re invisible.
