At the Web Summit 2026 Qatar Airways booth, I had the opportunity to share a Tarmac Talk on a belief that’s been shaping our work for a while now. 

✅ Digital employee experience shouldn’t stop with employees.

Because we are shaped by experiences far beyond the workplace.

Behind every login is a real life.

After long and deliberate planning, we’ve begun extending our digital ecosystem to include the families of our employees. 

This opens us to possibilities beyond what most enterprise technology was ever designed for
