Responsible for designing and delivering the Group SEO strategy for Halfords Group including Halfords Auto Centres, Tyres on the Drive & Cycle2Work. 

My role was focused on leading a multi-site digital transformation project within SalesForce Cloud Commerce relating to SEO during 20201 and then continually improving both the technical and content performance of all categories relating to Halfords.

- Designed and delivered the Group SEO strategy for Halfords Group, overseeing the optimisation efforts for Halfords Auto Centres, Tyres on the Drive, and Cycle2Work.
- Developed and executed the global SEO strategy for Halfords.com and smaller brands within the retail group.
- Managed a team of SEO Executives and Freelancers, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborated closely with digital marketing agencies and development agencies to align SEO efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Oversaw the implementation of on-page and technical SEO requirements, taking ownership of the full strategy.

I joined Soak.com as a contract SEO manager to lead the overall website migration at an international level migrating the their website from Magento to Salesforce.  My role covered but was not limited to some of the below elements.

I joined iProspect New Zealand to help develop their Technical SEO & strategy offering to clients across New Zealand such Les Mills, The Warehouse Group & Air New Zealand. I helped build the initial SEO team recruiting interns and executive level roles to deliver on key client accounts

I was responsible for taking the lead with technical and on-site SEO, as well as managing team members for successful project delivery and helping support the development of reporting out of Google Data Studio.

I was tasked in helping with the day-to-day running of smaller SEO clients, and with creating compelling content that would be linked to by third-party websites.   The work included making small amendments to Google PPC campaigns, as well as creating various social media campaigns to help promote new companies. I carried out keyword research for these companies, along with using tools such as Majestic SEO to help with the campaigns.   The main method of link building was through content creation and social media.
