Bertin is a Product Owner and UX expert at Deloitte USI (Global Technology Solutions), where he leads the design and delivery of innovative digital products to drive efficient, high-impact service delivery. He began by owning a legacy application, managing the full product lifecycle—from backlog refinement to stakeholder engagement and production deployment.

With a strong focus on user-centered design, Bertin is an expert in Figma and applies UI/UX best practices to translate complex requirements into intuitive, visually consistent interfaces. He has also played a key role in delivering solutions built on Gen AI architectures, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), aligning cutting-edge technology with clear business outcomes.

He holds a PGDM in Marketing and Business Analytics from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai, and gained early experience in branding and market analysis during his internship at Rane NSK Steering Systems.

Before persuing his PGDM, Bertin worked as a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, gaining hands-on experience in Salesforce development, agile delivery, and database management using SQL. He also led efforts in digital asset management for e-commerce and supported IT operations, including incident management with BMC Remedy. This technical foundation, combined with proficiency in tools like Jira, Bitbucket, and Salesforce (certified System Administrator), enables him to effectively bridge business and technology as a Product Owner
