I started with business education, but life took a turn towards nutrition. Battling health problems, I have crafted an innovative way to improve my relationship with food. Now rocking as a nutrition advisor and making healthy eating easy for entrepreneurs.

🎓 Education in Finance, Life in Nutrition.
Despite coming from a finance and accounting background academically and having worked in various business sectors in my mid-20s, I have dedicated my life to nutrition and wellness. 

My interest in nutrition began when I found myself falling sick frequently during early adulthood. 

Determined to optimize my immune system, I conducted research and experimented with different diets, refining my approach over the years. 

Today, my innovative approach to nutrition has enabled me to coach the CEOs and founders across the world.

I enjoy working with the early intervention to middle programme children aged 7-18 years of age as I feel that that's the age for growth and correction of behaviours - as signs are early detected and they're willing to listen and the fulfilment for me is seeing the progress of every autistic child, be it mild or serious - as progress is the first step for the success of child development together with nurturement which I strongly believe in. 
I continue to upgrade myself through EBLITY online workshops/ webinars to keep myself up to date with the cause, as its a cause that's constantly evolving. 

I was also part of Project SHINE'23 where i contributed 6.5 hours of community service for the youths of special needs.

Besides nurturing the special needs children, I also believe in nurturing Youths to help them break in in the special needs industry through sustainable skills that would help them in ensuring a safe space for their befriender and themselves. I recently came up with a guide to break in during my NTU webinar stint which is an extensive guide that consists of soft and hard skills through my own personal experiences.  

Other than NTU CAO mentoring, I am also currently part of the NTUpreneur Mentorship Clinic / unlike NTU CAO - I believe in giving back through innovation and entrepreneurship in sustainability in which I am currently scheduled for 2024 in mentoring. Is really a privilege to be able to serve and inspire these communities with a grateful heart. 

I am also currently upgrading myself through SAD-eaf programme for SGSL level 1-3 (2023-2025) However i am not able to be qualified fully as an intepreter till i complete Level 4( which is currently in suspension period) - with such learnings of sign language it would help me better understand and be able to cope with the disabilities management for the deaf for special needs.

Previously was handling the visual exhibition produced by OBJECTIFS - in partnership with LIEN foundation and Ngee Ann Polytechnic called " Personally Speaking - The art of caregiving" which focuses on the elderly, the special needs and also the mentally ill. I help to assist with the virtual reality installation and also maintaining the 6 television sets which showcases visuals and videos of the process of how the artists came about in executing their journey with caregivers from non- profit organisations like St Andrews Autism Centre, Caregivers Alliance, MINDS and so on. I am located at Jurong Regional Library as a docent.

-Key in 3 Report Points for registered users under our Econsultancy training programme.

Elaine Claire is a passionate advocate for the underserved. Even before her graduation in 2016, she was drawn to championing for the marginalized. Her dedication led her to receive the Volunteer of the Month award twice at the Institute of Mental Health. By 2018, she was part of the Singapore Kindness Movement's "Be Greater" campaign, standing up for migrant workers via the initiative ItsRainingRaincoats. By the following year, she was a special needs community ambassador, representing the community at The Purple Parade. 
I am more than just an advocate; I am a beacon for mental health, special needs, and the low-income communities.

Professionally, Elaine flourishes in Events Management, Corporate Communications, and Behavioral Studies. She's been an integral part of executive committees at ACRES and Special Olympics, leading major events such as the F1 Singapore Grand Prix and the VSA True Colors Festival.
Her involvement with the Special Olympics National Games Committee since 2017 has also shaped her into an educator. Presently, She is setting her sights on content development for special needs individuals aged 18 and above, recognising  a significant gap in Singapore’s educational offerings. 

My mission is clear : bridge the divide between mental health and special needs, reducing societal stigmas.
Outside her professional and advocacy work, She delights in honing her self-taught baking skills, bringing a touch of sweetness to everything she does.
