I started with business education, but life took a turn towards nutrition. Battling health problems, I have crafted an innovative way to improve my relationship with food. Now rocking as a nutrition advisor and making healthy eating easy for entrepreneurs.

Here's the extended version:

🎓 Education in Finance, Life in Nutrition.
Despite coming from a finance and accounting background academically and having worked in various business sectors in my mid-20s, I have dedicated my life to nutrition and wellness. 

My interest in nutrition began when I found myself falling sick frequently during early adulthood. 

Determined to optimize my immune system, I conducted research and experimented with different diets, refining my approach over the years. 

Today, my innovative approach to nutrition has enabled me to coach the CEOs and founders across the world.

1) Don’t shout at the crops
↳ Lead with calm clarity.
↳ Pressure may create movement, but never growth.

2) Don’t blame the crops
↳ Notice effort. Offer guidance.
↳ Blame shrinks people. Support expands them.

3) Don’t uproot the crops
↳ Early progress is often invisible.
↳ Patience allows potential to surface.

4) Choose the right plants for the soil
↳ Align strengths with responsibilities.
↳ The right fit unlocks disproportionate performance.

5) Irrigate and fertilize
↳ Invest in skill development.
↳ Recognize contribution sincerely and specifically.

6) Remove the weeds early
↳ Address toxic behavior fast.

I convinced myself I worked best under pressure.

The truth? 

I was avoiding the hard stuff until panic forced my hand.

The issue was not discipline. It was a lack of structure.

7 methods that changed the game for me:

1) 3-3-3 Method
↳ 3 hours of deep work, 3 quick wins, 3 admin tasks.
↳ Easy to repeat, hard to overcomplicate.

2) Timeblocking
↳ Schedule your highest value work first.
↳ Protect that time as if it were already booked.

3) Distraction Minimization
↳ Phone out of reach.
↳ Alerts off. Browser cleaned up.

4) Crystal-clear goals
↳ Be explicit about what "done" means.
↳ Precise outcomes lower resistance.

5) Sprint and rest
↳ 45 minutes fully engaged, then reset.
↳ Single tasking compounds over time.

6) Eliminate, automate, delegate
↳ Cut the unnecessary, systemize the repeatable.
↳ Delegate the rest.

7) Close the day intentionally
↳ Recognize what worked today.
↳ Decide what to improve tomorrow.

One thing I’ve learned from coaching 100+ executives:

Productivity isn't about "more", but about "better".

It all comes down to the Pareto Principle.

10 ways to apply it in your life:

1) Tasks
↳ Identify the one task that would make your day.
↳ Do it first, before anything else, including email.

2) Strengths 
↳ Double down on skills that create the highest return.
↳ Delegate or outsource what consistently drains you.

3) Activities
↳ Eliminate the 20% that consume most of your time.
↳ Invest more in what drives measurable progress.

4) Decisions
↳ Focus on choices that shape your long term trajectory.
↳ Simplify, automate, or ignore low impact decisions.

5) Learning
↳ Study the ideas most relevant to your current goals.
↳ Revisit and apply them until they compound.

6) Habits
↳ Build routines that increase energy, clarity, and focus.
↳ Remove habits that quietly limit your performance.

7) Relationships
↳ Play long-term games with long-term people.
↳ Reduce exposure to those who consistently drain you.

8) Wardrobe
↳ Keep the pieces you genuinely like and wear often.
↳ Remove what adds friction or decision fatigue.

9) Health
↳ Prioritize sleep, quality nutrition, and movement.
↳ These drive the majority of your daily energy.

10) Possessions
↳ Keep what you use and truly value.
↳ Clear the rest to create mental and physical space.
