I started with business education, but life took a turn towards nutrition. Battling health problems, I have crafted an innovative way to improve my relationship with food. Now rocking as a nutrition advisor and making healthy eating easy for entrepreneurs.

Despite coming from a finance and accounting background academically and having worked in various business sectors in my mid-20s, I have dedicated my life to nutrition and wellness. 

My interest in nutrition began when I found myself falling sick frequently during early adulthood. 

Determined to optimize my immune system, I conducted research and experimented with different diets, refining my approach over the years. 

Today, my innovative approach to nutrition has enabled me to coach the CEOs and founders across the world.

Most men don’t need a ‘perfect morning routine’☀️

They need a ‘science-based’ one that sets their brain and body up to win the day.

Here’s how to start your morning for better energy, discipline, and momentum:

1./Get sunlight in your eyes ASAP, step outside for 5–10 minutes.Sunlight hits the brain’s clock and switches your body into “alert mode” for the next 12–14 hours.

Better focus now, better sleep later.

2./Walk early, few minutes of walking creates optic flow, which lowers stress and brings you into an alert-but-calm state.

Perfect for guys who wake up anxious or rushed.

3./Hydrate before anything else, drink a big glass of water (16–32 oz).

Add electrolytes if you want.

Most men wake up dehydrated, which kills energy and decision-making.

4./Delay caffeine 90 minutes, this reduces the afternoon crash and keeps your energy stable.

You’ll feel sharper, not jittery.

5./Do something hard early, This is where the psychology kicks in.

When you overcome a little resistance in the morning workout, prepping your meals, a cold shower, you create a dopamine “win” that sets your brain up for discipline the rest of the day.

6./Use a system, not willpower, Pick one habit.

Write down: “I will [behavior] at [time] in [location].”

Make it small. Make it repeatable.

That’s how consistency sticks.

When you start your day with the right science-based steps, the rest of the day falls into place.

You don’t need motivation

you need systems that make momentum automatic.

The most dangerous thing in your life is...

The lies you’ve accepted as truth.

After two knee surgeries, I told myself a story:

 “I can never run again. If I run, I’ll hurt my knees.”

And because I believed it, my action/ inaction was simple.
 
I did not run for 10 years.

But one day I asked myself the same question I ask my clients:
 
Is that belief even true?

I had no evidence.
No recent attempts.
No data.
Just a story I’d repeated long enough that it felt like fact.

So I challenged it.
I laced up.
Started slow.
Hired a running coach.
Fast forward a few months…
I’m running 20 miles a week.
 
Zero knee pain.
Zero setbacks.
Massive breakthrough.

Not because my body magically changed.
But because my belief did.
Most guys don’t need a new workout plan.
They need to break the belief that says:

“I’m too far gone.”
“I’ve never been disciplined.”
“I’ll always struggle with food.”
“This is just how I am.”

Your beliefs drive your actions.
Your actions create your results.
 If you want different results,
You have to upgrade the beliefs behind them.

This isn’t a motivation issue.
It’s a mindset issue.
Change the belief.

You can enjoy the holidays and still stay lean, the key? Planning your indulgence not reacting to it.

Most guys fall apart during the holidays.

Work events. Dinners. Family gatherings, before you know it, everything you built this year is buried under sugar cookies and “just one more drink.”

Here’s how to stay in control and enjoy yourself:

1./Pick your indulgence events on purpose
You probably have 8–12 events coming up.
Choose 2–3 where you’re going to eat and drink freely.The rest? Back to your normal routine.

Decide now so you’re not negotiating with yourself at 8 p.m. over a mountain of charcuterie.

2./Don’t show up starving fasting + unlimited sugar cookies = disaster.Have a lean protein before you leave the house cottage cheese, yogurt, chicken breast.

You’ll walk in steady instead of feral.

3./Fill up on protein and veg first, shrimp cocktail? Yes. -Chicken? Yes.
Veg? Double it.

Get full on the good stuff so you’re not using mashed potatoes to feel human.

4./Stick to your bare-minimum routine decide your non-negotiables:

– 30-minute walk in the morning

– 30-minute lift M/W/F

– 8K–10K steps

When your routine is steady, your food decisions follow.

5./Don’t take junk home, you’re not a disposal bin.If someone insists you take a plate of brownies “for later,” say no.

Remove the temptation at the source.

6./Stop the spiral, you had a cookie? Great, It’s not a problem, turning it into the Holiday Hunger Games is the problem.

Enjoy it, move on, next meal back to normal.

7./Protect your sleep: Less sleep = more cravings it’s biology, not weakness.
Sleep like it’s part of your program because it is.

8./Be okay with saying no, people will try to pull you into their choices:
‘Come on, live a little!” You’re not extreme for wanting to feel good tomorrow.

Say no with confidence.Your freedom starts there.

9./Remember what matters: at 95, you won’t care about the extra three pounds you held on December 27th.

You’ll care about who was at the table and the memories you made.

Stay present. Enjoy the moment.Just don’t set your progress on fire.
