Een paar keer per week zwemt hij en doet hij rek- en strekoefeningen voor zijn lichamelijke gezondheid. En hij doet nog geregeld een deal binnen zijn vastgoedbedrijf om zijn geest sterk te houden. 

Die visie brengt hij ook actief naar de markt: hij programmeert de vastgoedobjecten zo dat mensen gedwongen worden om de trap te nemen “Dan blijven mensen fit, heb je veel minder liftcapaciteit nodig en bespaar je dus enorm veel geld.”
