This included managing contract negotiation, technology infrastructure setup, team selection, knowledge transfer, communication, work transition, ongoing oversight and quality management
 Managed several large and complex implementation projects with distributed teams and vendor partners. These included Account servicing for Retail investors, Book of Business management for Financial Advisers, Log in and Multi‐factor authentication
 Established an operational process management program to improve the end to end IT operational processes that includes work initiation, approval, assignment, development, testing and deployment. The objective of this program was to significantly reduce the operational cost by streamlining several inefficiencies in the existing processes
 Led a methodology initiative to create joint methodology for large vendor implementations
 Managed a distributed team of developers and systems analysts (associates and consultants)
