- Created and oversaw a Registered Agent Infrastructure for 30+ states in the US, as well as Foreign Qualifications, Payroll Tax Registration, and Annual Reports Submission.
- Delivered, coordinated, and trained internal and external teams.
- Administered timelines of new projects, defining external sources and implementing Business Process Outsourcing for manual processes.
- Delivered, coordinated and oversaw content and macros to communicate and solve customer tickets through Zendesk.
- Developed and maintained content for Help Center articles, delivered training to the Customer Support team, and automated customer-facing interactions.
- Dealt with US government bureaucracy for company formation and built a Registered Agent solution from scratch.
