Yesterday was a blast! Marshall Haas and I launched a product that was a hit. But the real win was my toddler eating every meal. Every. Single. Bit.


But as of today, I can confirm that was short lived. So back to celebrating all of the new Outliner customers!

It's been a year since launching Outliner with Marshall Haas. It has been an interesting journey to say the least. 

Together we had an idea of what we wanted to do, something with operations, but what exactly? 

We spent plenty of time talking with founders, uncovering pain points. Finding those opportunities for improvement. Looking back on what worked for us at Somewhere and elsewhere. 

Everything pointed to something boring. Really boring. 

SOPs. Standard Operating Procedures. Yuck. 

Everyone seems to know they need them, but nobody really takes the time to create them.
