Oversaw driver support operations across 8 facilities throughout the Chicagoland and Indianapolis regions, including supporting 15,000+ customer interactions per month. Managed a $3MM P&L and supported a 50-member team, with complete accountability for individual, team, and regional performance.

Oversaw all impound recovery and reinstatement operations within the Loss Mitigation department of Uber Xchange Leasing, working out of the Plano, TX office.

Managed day-to-day operations for the branch and warehouse in the Dallas market. Led a team of 4 Supervisors as direct reports across multiple departments, including Repair, Order Pulling/Prep, Delivery, and Inventory Control.

Launched the largest retail store in North America, with complete accountability for managing a team responsibility for ensuring on schedule delivery for 1,000+ deliveries daily. Additionally, led the Delivery Claims team, launching audits of claims reports to ensure validity and conformance to ethical standards.
