I've worked in both big-box and specialty retail environments. I'm skilled at identifying talent and helping them grow to the next level.



During the pandemic, I made a pivot to the Recruiting space.  I was able to assist hiring managers across countless organizations nationwide in building sales teams.  I started my journey as a Full-Cycle Recruiter, which was candidate and company facing which gave me a broader view of the process.

I was able to take everything I learned from Retail and apply it to this new venture.  Upon the first year, I closed 12 roles and partner with 10 companies nationwide.
