- First, schedule endless meetings with every stakeholder so we can debate the emotional backstory of the mud.

- Adding more horses would solve the problem too fast. Instead, we will form a strategic innovation task force to design an overcomplicated failure.

- After six months of unconstructive workshops, the overwhelming conclusion: the horse is lazy and needs inspiration, not help.

- Load even more executives into the cart so the horse has additional leadership support.

- Meanwhile, we will stand up an entire new department dedicated to mud research, whose findings will be ignored while we continue sinking.

Brutal career truth in the age of AI.

Pure specialists risk being automated (a Narrow AI is learning your niche faster than you did) and shallow generalists risk being irrelevant (an LLM already sounds smarter than you on every topic).

So what is left if AI eats specialists and outperforms generalists? In other words, what is left when knowledge is dead?

Soft skills. Your emotional intelligence, creativity, empathy, critical thinking, and authentic human connection become your ultimate job security.

You will not win by knowing more but by being more human.

Main developer of EVA, an SPH implementation in FORTRAN90 aimed at the study of ideal and resistive MHD scenarios of fusion relevance.

Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamic (SPH) is a mesh-free, Lagrangian numerical method that solves the equations of magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) and it is widely used in the astrophysical community. In spite of its success, it has never been used in fusion geometries before, in fact, EVA is the first implementation of the SPH equations with fusion geometries in mind.

EVA is a mesh-free, coordinate-free, multidimensional code designed to evolve in time the nonlinear MHD equations taking into account the particularities of fusion machines, as opposed to astrophysical scenarios: A complex initial condition for the density field and Boundary Conditions for the MHD variables near smoothly curved conducting walls. EVA has been thoroughly tested against known Hydrodynamical, MHD and resistive-MHD tests, and its viability as an MHD code has been demonstrated. 

The code used OpenMP for its main routines, but and efficient parallelisation still need to takes place. The next stage in the development of EVA could greatly benefit from an international collaboration and an industrious environment.
