I established a robust documentation process to meticulously track expenses, allowing for aggressive budget monitoring and control, ensuring that facilities expenses were maintained with precision.

In my role, I spearheaded renovations and refurbishments, meticulously planning and executing facilities management to uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction for Café Coffee Day outlets. My leadership not only fostered efficiency but also inspired a commitment to excellence throughout the organization.

Was lead team of 150+ Technical, security, House keeping, Administration and safety team and also outsourced manpower for soft services.

Implemented IFM across oman to ensure cost efficiency and productivity.
 Ensured facilities management in top standards to maintain all facets of Customer satisfaction, hygiene and also the top end services. 
Implemented daily meetings, TAT monitoring and also KPI for service providers to make sure that are followed and delivered. 
Responsible for SETTING all the FM Agreement , SLA,SOW,Service specifications and also the documentation process are maintained in a high standards of PR,RFQ, PO,GRN , BPA are maintained and documented for end to end internal and external Audits.
