Content Lead

As a content specialist at Attentive.ai, a leading vertical SaaS company in the field services industry, I create both long and short-form content. My role involves research to target niche audiences, managing end-to-end content creation and publishing processes, and closely tracking content metrics. I collaborate with sales, marketing, design, and product teams to conceive, shape, and execute content goals.

Working in tandem with the growth marketers, I help develop content strategies that efficiently resonate with target audiences and fulfil our lead gen objectives. My scope covers diverse platforms, including blogs, websites, eBooks, newsletters, emailers, handouts, PPTs, and social media. An adept implementer of SEO strategies, I ensure content optimally reaches its audience.

I plan content calendars to maintain consistency across all platforms, and I am proficient in managing the company's LinkedIn page, including top management profiles, ensuring content that garners meaningful engagement. Webinars, enabling lifecycle campaigns, and tradeshow messaging are core parts of my execution. I also support AEs with better collateral and analyzing SDR cold calls to improve effectiveness. On the content front, customer insights are regularly funneled back to the content marketing team to sharpen industry nuance and improve resonance with a very niche audience.

My professional journey includes serving as a city-beat reporter for The Times of India in Hyderabad and writing for The Pioneer and Newsgram, a Chicago-based news site. I hold a background in English Journalism, which has honed my skills in storytelling and content creation.
