- Provide strategic leadership and supervision for a team of 200+ Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs), supporting Huawei's global system integration and legacy product deployment projects in the Communication Technology (CT) domain.

- Headed the Competency Development Taskforce at the Global Service Delivery Centre.

- Led the E2E Business Ownership Taskforce, defining a framework for Capability Ownership and Offering Ownership Index for Delivery Lines/Business Units/Business Lines within the Global Service Delivery Centre for Telecom Product Delivery projects.

- Directed the Process Definition & Automation – Vendor/Partner Management Taskforce, conceptualizing a framework, defining processes, and implementing an in-house IT system for the Offshore Delivery Centre Partner Management System (ODCMS).

- Spearheaded the Process Definition & Automation Initiative, conceptualizing a framework, defining processes, and implementing an IT system for HR Management, specifically the Resource Management Tool (RMT). This tool effectively manages GSDC staff's project assignments, resource planning, travel readiness, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) collection.


- Led the Market Intelligence Taskforce, conducting studies and research to identify opportunities for leveraging India's IT industry advantages, particularly in Systems Integration (SI) and Managed Services (MS) capabilities within leading Indian IT players.

Senior Manager - Software Services & Delivery

As the Head of the Offshore Delivery Centre (ODC) at Huawei Technologies, I report to the AVP – Services Business and am entrusted with the following key responsibilities:

- Spearheaded the establishment of the ODC, overseeing its development from inception to successful operationalization in India. This included activities such as RFI preparation, response evaluation, shortlisting, RFP preparation, vendor selection, and negotiation of master services agreements.
- Managed comprehensive due diligence, including contract negotiations, with selected Systems Integration (SI) vendors, ensuring adherence to technical and commercial requirements.
- Defined the scope of work and geographical focus for the ODC vendor, encompassing pre-integrated solutions development, custom integrated solutions delivery, classical Huawei product delivery, and non-telecom (BFSI) solutions development.
- Fostered collaboration with Huawei’s regional and local offices globally for Systems Integration (SI) service delivery and implementation projects.
- Reviewed and approved service contracts and Statements of Work (SoW) between Huawei and the ODC vendor, establishing new processes with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
- Assumed responsibility for resource ramp-up and ramp-down with the ODC vendor to meet project requirements.
- Managed ODC contract management and commercial dealings, including purchase orders, payment processing, and timesheets, serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for program management and steering committee escalations.
- Collaborated with the Alliance Management team to identify, manage, and maintain partners and alliances within the OSS/BSS, VAS/SDP, IPCC/IPPBX value chain.
- Worked closely with Huawei’s regional and local offices globally to provide pre-sales support, business enablement, and bidding support through the ODC resource pool.

- Overseeing all project management and mobilization activities related to the initiation of system integration (SI) and application development & maintenance (ADM) projects in the ICT domain.

- Facilitating the establishment of projects in the India Delivery Centre (IDC) through a seamless transition from the onshore team.

- Instituted the Project Management Office (PMO) function following the PMBOK framework for application development and maintenance (ADM) projects.

- Recognized with the Aricent Achievement Award in 2007 for showcasing outstanding commitment, ownership, and customer orientation.

For over 20 years, I worked as a software engineer, project manager, and leader for major IT companies like Infosys, Accenture, Aricent, Wipro, and Huawei. 

In 2021, I decided to pursue my passion for agile methodologies and founded Flexile Software Services, an India-based company that provides customized Atlassian solutions and services to organizations of all sizes and sectors.

At Flexile Software Services, we help clients implement, customize, integrate, automate, and optimize Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence, as well as provide agile consulting, coaching, training, and certification support.
