𝟯. 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆:

Mastery of natural talents is crucial, but so is adaptability.

I piloted new roles, embraced the unknown, and honed a range of skills that made me versatile and resilient.

With a solid base in communication, I deepened my problem-solving abilities.

Stay curious, embrace discomfort, and continually seek ways to combine and refine your abilities.

But don’t get distracted trying to learn and do everything.

If my mind won't quiet, I use 4-7-8 breathing. Inhale through my nose for 4 seconds. Hold it for 7 seconds. Exhale for 8 seconds.

It slows my heart rate, calms my nervous system. Paired with smiling and relaxing, it brings me back to center.
