All of them culminated in lucrative exits after stellar growth 
- 2 from scratch to $10M+ in ARR
- 1 from $600K to $60M+ in ARR
- and another from $60M to $300M+ ARR 

I've helped raise and deploy millions in venture capital, and played a pivotal role in ensuring productivity focused operations, efficient P&L management, strategic organic and inorganic growth, and subsequent exits for these companies. 

I have also founded, invested in, and/or mentored several ventures, some modestly successful and others that did very well. 

I consult with startups and mid size firms in a board, executive or advisory role specializing in strategy, operations, turnaround and growth expertise.

I am the founder of Plan B Success, through which I help young and mid career professionals, entrepreneurs, and students become life and business ready by imparting them personal, professional and business growth skills. 

I am a content creator with a passion for sharing my insights, stories, and tips on personal, professional and business growth, finance, entrepreneurship, startups, career and education. Experienced Mechatronics Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the industrial hydraulics industry for nearly 5 years. I have worked in Operations and Maintenance (MAEs & Utilities) and Research & Development departments at Bosch Rexroth. I have been awarded for Continuous Improvement Initiatives each year during my tenure. Strong engineering professional with a Mechatronics Engineering focused on Electro-mechanical Systems.

Currently I am a graduate student at University of Maryland with specialization in Robotics. I have worked on project to model a mobile robot in SolidWorks and subsequently creating a URDF model and visualizing it on Gazebo and RViz. I am proficient with Python, C++ programming languages, Solidworks & Creo for CAD Modeling, Linux OS and OpenCV for perception.
