Achievements:
At Dokobit, I led a dynamic Go-to-market team with a vision to expand our electronic signing and e-identification services into Norway. 

The company, based in the Baltic States and Iceland, expanded into the Norwegian market in spring 2021 and was subsequently acquired by the Scandinavian competitor, Signicat, later that summer.

SK ID Solutions

Pioneering Digital Identity in the Baltics and Beyond

Description:
At SK ID Solutions, the leading trust services provider in the Baltics, I played a pivotal role in shaping the digital identity landscape. Our flagship product, Smart-ID, has revolutionized electronic identity with over 3M unique end-users, and I'm incredibly proud to have been a part of this success story.

Key Achievements:
1) Smart-ID Success: Spearheaded the launch of Smart-ID sales, securing our first pilot customers even before the official product launch. This proactive approach ensured that Smart-ID was immediately usable in e-services from Day 1. Within three years, we amassed 2.6M end-users, facilitating 51M transactions per month across 200+ e-services in three countries.

2) Global Expansion: Led the international expansion of our Time-Stamping Service, which now serves customers in 15 countries, spanning from Asia to Europe.

3) Operational Excellence: Implemented the Pipedrive CRM system, streamlining our sales processes and enhancing team performance. Additionally, I recruited and mentored a new Sales Specialist, ensuring her success in customer relations and outbound sales. Post our expansion into Latvia and Lithuania, I took the lead in training and coaching our new team members, ensuring a seamless integration and upholding our service standards.

4) Industry Representation: Proudly represented SK ID Solutions at various global events, with a notable presence at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

Being a part of the Smart-ID journey has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. It's not just about the numbers, but the impact we've made in simplifying and securing digital identities for millions. I'm excited about the future and the continued growth and innovation at SK ID Solutions.

Post-acquisition by CARTO in 2016, I took charge of Mobile product sales for the EMEA region and facilitated knowledge transfer to our Madrid-based sales team.
