Sunday morning. Tallinn café. Two successful men at the next table, 45-50, slightly overweight, grey skin, swollen eyes. Competing over who's destroying themselves faster for work.

One's chasing a €100M exit from an Estonian unicorn. The other dreams of leaving law to become a war medic (but he was sure it will never happen!).

3 coffees each. Knees shaking under the table. Proud of their suffering like it's some kind of badge of honour.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀:

The truly successful person isn't known by everyone. They know themselves.

I can wake up calm. Speak my truth. Look anyone in the eye without pretence. That's success - reaching a place where you actually know who you are.

How many people know you? That's just surface ripples.
How well you know yourself? That's the ocean.
