Last weekend in Estonia, I discovered the perfect answer.

Monika and I presented INLIBRIUM to a group of entrepreneurs — first time in 5 years speaking Estonian about what we do. In the evening, after sauna rituals, someone spotted northern lights.

We rushed outside. Looked up. 𝗦𝗮𝘄 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Then someone pulled out their phone, pointed the camera at the sky, and suddenly — 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲.


𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗽𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘀:

They're not about seeing pink elephants or having mystical visions. They're about removing the curtains that hide what's already there.

I'm 40. Already burned through 2,080 of them.

Half gone. And I spent most of them proving I was "unstoppable."

• Finite team meetings over your kids' childhood
• Finite "next quarters" before your body breaks  
• Finite chances to stop asking "𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗧?"

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗮𝗹:
- 900 weeks until your kids leave home
- 500 weeks until your parents are gone
- 100 weeks until that "someday" project dies with you

But here's what most leaders miss — it's not about the time you have left.

Book the trip. Make the call. Say what needs saying.


Because when you're down to your last 100 weeks, you won't wish you'd closed one more deal.

You'll wish you'd opened your f*cking heart.

I froze. Second therapy session. 
We'd been talking about my brother's death, my childhood, how my mother took control of everything after he died.

Then she dropped that bomb.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀:

You're carrying invisible patterns that sabotage every relationship, every decision, every moment of your life. And you have 𝗻𝗼 𝗳*𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗲.

After my brother died, I was put in an emotional prison. 
My right to decide, to be myself — 𝗚𝗢𝗡𝗘. 
My mother became the gatekeeper of my life. 
And somewhere deep inside, a part of me started hating the prison guard.

Woman = Control = Rage

For 40 years, I've been reacting to women with unexplained silent anger. Professional meetings. Personal relationships. Random encounters. With men in the same situations — totally different.

But here's the twisted part: I also put women on pedestals. Protected them fiercely. Admired them excessively.

𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗺𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗶𝗻.

Aggression and admiration. 
Both dysfunctional. 
Both running my life without my permission.

I'm 40 years old and just opening my Pandora's box. Just discovering how a 5-year-old boy's grief became a grown man's invisible cage.


𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗶𝗳 𝗜'𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝟮𝟱?

But that's the wrong question.

The right question is: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜'𝗺 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁?

Because here's what I know from guiding CEOs through their own Pandoras:

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗬𝗢𝗨.

The patterns you can't see are running your business.
The trauma you won't face is leading your team.
The emotions you've buried are making your decisions.

𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗧?

If you're still letting invisible patterns run your life — yes, this is it. This is as good as it will ever get.

But for those brave enough to open their own Pandora's box?

𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗧!

The moment you stop being run by ghosts and start leading from truth.

While Silicon Valley throws money at "magic mushroom startups," they're missing the point entirely.

Psychedelics aren't the transformation. They're just the door opener.

I've witnessed many leaders going through psychedelic experiences. The ones who think a weekend retreat will fix their 20-year trauma patterns? They're back to their old sh*t within weeks.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗔𝗙𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽.

• 6 months minimum of integration practices
• Weekly therapy or coaching
• Daily practices that rewire your brain and neurochemistry
• Optimising your bioindividual physical needs 
• Actually facing the demons you've been running from

But all that unsexy work doesn't sell $50K luxury retreats in Costa Rica.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗳𝗶𝘅𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀.

Take the medicine. See the visions. Post about your "breakthrough" on LinkedIn. Then go back to the same toxic patterns that got you here. 🤯 

𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗧?

If you think psychedelics alone will save you — no, they probably won't. This is your expensive, short-term placebo.

But for those ready to do the real work?

𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗧!

The moment you stop looking for magic pills and start doing challenging, sometimes even hard, and transformative work of becoming human again.

Your trauma took decades to build. It won't dissolve in a weekend.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 $𝟮 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵:

They're selling enlightenment like it's a software subscription. Take the trip, get the insights, transform your life. Done.
