My journey began with a vision to create a sustainable chaga plantation system in Baltic countries, which never existed before. And we've achieved that, thanks to our expertise and persistence. 
I built our system from scratch, including R&D of chaga dowels in cooperation with Mycelia, advertising and training events for growers, and negotiations with forest companies.

Through our hard work and dedication, we've managed to sign cooperation contracts with more than 450 private forest owners, who planted more than 300K chaga dowels to about 250ha of birch forest, making Chaga the largest chaga plantation in the region. 
Our partnership with different universities and scientists has helped us to conduct scientific researches to ensure the highest quality product.

As the CEO of Estshiitake OÜ, I was responsible for developing and implementing the entire production chain, negotiating international partnerships, applying for subsidies to our production plant, and spearheading the international sales of our final products. 
Our passion for mushrooms is matched only by our commitment to quality and sustainability, which is why our mushrooms are grown using natural methods that are both environmentally friendly and safe for consumption.

I am Hardi Põder, an entrepreneur and forward-thinking leader with a rich background spanning diverse industries such as agriculture, forestry, IT, EV, and retail. Armed with a foundation in economics and business communication, I have founded nine companies over the course of several decades.

Fueled by a passion for transformative change, my interests today have extended into the realms of psychedelics, psychotherapy, and leadership. 2025 was the year I stopped running from my life… and finally had the guts to meet myself.

I started the year recovering from a back injury.
 9 months of silence.
 Asking the scary question: “Will INLIBRIUM even survive?”

Pain messes with your identity.
 It whispers: “Is this it?”

But I kept moving. Day by day.
 Because I knew… this season would pass.

And then it shifted.
 Not with fireworks.
 With reps. Step by step.

The hard stuff nobody posts:

↳ Sitting with my 5-year-old self in therapy… the one who lost his brother
↳ Seeing 35 years of patterns I didn’t even know were driving me
↳ My youngest son moving to the UK… and everything that unlocked in me
↳ Covid + Lyme right before a CEO retreat (because life loves timing 🙃)
↳ 4 years of struggling to explain what INLIBRIUM even is

The wins that came because I didn’t quit:
