• Led efforts to plan, prioritize, develop, document, and implement applicable solutions, processes and procedures to provide more effective quality driven team delivery
• Supported projects by managing tasks, risks, dependencies, and change control to ensure delivery of projects within agreed scope and a smooth service introduction
• Led the overall design and delivery of the global service desk, ensured normal service operation is restored as quickly as possible in the event of an incident, minimized the impact on business operations by proactively monitoring

IT Service Delivery Manager

• Responsible to manage production and non-production environments, in-housed release related (DevOps) activities to minimize cost

• Worked in Hurtigruten’s product core API consultant team (R&D) together with project manager, architect, development manager and developers using Scrum
• Performed agile black box testing of Hurtigruten and some of its partners’ products
• Performed tests (manual tests and automated tests using FitNesse server), documented defects, updated existing test cases or designed new tests per the product requirements using HP Quality Center
• Coordinated the test process and followed up with developers on every sprint until all defects were fixed and delivered
• Worked with OTA API of Hurtgiruten and the partners’ using SOAPUI APIs to verify the data flow (request and response)
• Tested final partner products using SOAP APIs to ensure that Hurtigruten’s partner retrieved correct data from our booking engine by comparing data
• Produced technical documentation for Hurtigruten’s APIs.
• Created user guides and planning demoes for Hurtigruten’s sales department
• Tested the online payment system which is based on NetGiro (Digital River) platform
• Participated in testing and verifying the API online payment solution is PCI Compliant (certified)

- Worked as an Information Developer for Symantec End Point Management and Mobility.
- Worked in a product core R&D team together with developers, testers, product managers and
program managers.
- Developed and maintained information in regards to the documentation deliverable and topics.
- Researched the project/product and its milestones, and then set up a and managed a
documentation plan to match the product development cycle.
- Worked closely with the product core team to make sure that the information is technically
correct and meanwhile worked with editors and peers to make sure the documentation is of
highest quality.

- As a system support specialist in Runway International, I performed Black Box testing of the
customer’s booking engine (Polar Global). Carried out real-time tracking service, manually
processed incoming system error reports and logs, created and updates system support
documentation.

- Worked as a Software tester performing the software testing- unit testing for each new version of
the Quickoffice software for BlackBerry and Symbian based devices.
- Also worked as a Technical customer care representative in the customer care team for the
BlackBerry mobile office software (wireless document management). The support was performed
through e-mail and phone for customers world-wide, mostly from USA, Canada and Europe.
