Program Manager tasked to establish and run a global PMO function as part of Nokia’s Transformation organisation, with focus on Performance Management. Accountable to ensure timely transparency towards group's senior executives on cost intensity of the Services business, root causes for deviations, efficiency gains and corrective actions.

Key Achievements:

PMO / Performance Management Manager

I was accountable together with my cross functional international team to deliver against the business case and IT capability roadmap of a multi-year SAP based ERP program. Numerous stand-alone legacy systems were replaced with an integrated end to end resource management platform. Mission: bring global transparency on competencies, resource demands, employee utilization and actualized costs.

I took leadership of the program in a moment of turmoil when unexpected technical challenges were taking the bulk of the focus and jeopardizing the end goal. Together with the highly dedicated and motivated team, and actively engaged executive management, we brought stability, which enabled us to embark on the last phase of our global deployment.
