𝗔 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸:

“How do we know if communication is actually the problem?”

I loved this question because on paper, everything looked strong. Their team was experienced with global talent and nothing obvious was wrong.

But in meetings, those voices stayed quiet. There was friction no one could quite name.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿:
If your best people are editing themselves in real time (or staying quiet altogether), communication is not a side issue.

It’s a systems issue.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗯𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝘂𝗽 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻’𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲.

It’s subtle. Communication problems rarely explode, they compound. 

And the cost shows up later; in misalignment, turnover, and preventable risk.

The organizations that get ahead of this don’t wait for failure.

They design for clarity.

The job market is tighter. Roles are fewer. 

And many careers now move through 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀, not resumes.

For a lot of professionals, especially those working in a second language, networking isn’t hard because of skill. 

It’s hard because no one ever showed them 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵.

In this episode, I sat down with Jenna Heath, M.Ed., GCDF  to talk about networking without the pressure, performance, or fake confidence.

One insight stood out:

It would be a free session held once a month... no English coaching, no services offered.

Just healthcare professionals helping each other prepare, refine, and think clearly.

The idea would be:

• small-group discussion or practice 
• practical, real-world situations 
• free and open to the public, once a month
